Le récit oral est un héritage intime. C’est un don, une preuve de confiance et d’amour d’une personne envers une autre. Plus que la simple communication d’un récit, c’est l’invention d’une histoire en commun.

The Dog’s Ear is a collection of stories told by the residents of a village in the Alps. Some are extraordinary, others are commonplace, but they all invite the audience to bathe in the grandeur and the mystery of the mountains. The telling of a story is an intimate affair. It is a gift, a token of trust and love, passed orally from one person to another. However, it is not simple transmission, it is an invitation to contribute to a collective legacy.
